The Thermo Scientific HERAcell 240i CO₂ incubator features a moist heat decontamination cycle that ensures worry-free cleaning and operation. The Thermo HERAcell 240i is CO2 incubator designed for preparing and cultivating cell and tissue cultures. The device allows the simulation of the special physiological ambient conditions for these cultures due to the exact control of temperature and CO2 content.

The Thermo HERAcell 240i can be used in laboratories for cytobiological and biotechnological experiments of safety levels L1, L2, and L3; medical-microbiological laboratories in accordance with DIN 58 956; and laboratories in the central area of clinics and hospitals. The iCAN touchscreen control features on-screen user prompts for simplified measurement and control navigation and changes in culture environment are visible on screen logs and usage recording, along with a visual monitor alarm.

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test incubators using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
