Sartorius MA35 Moisture Analyzer – Features
The MA 35’s compact, rugged design, combined with precise measurement accuracy, makes it ideal for uniform measuring tasks. Additionally, its selection of durable, vibration- and dirt-resistant components ensures reliable results even in harsh environments.
Sartorius’s unique, fully automatic endpoint determination eliminates the need for programming a switch-off criterion. This feature saves time by removing the need for time-consuming optimizations and simplifying device operation for any user.
The MA35 continuously monitors the drying cycle, which allows the measurement to stop automatically. It uses a switch-off criterion calculated from the drying curve when the sample weight is stable, with no further detectable weight loss despite heating. This high measurement accuracy is ensured by a specially optimized Sartorius weighing system with 1 mg readability, suitable for high temperature ranges.
For sample heating, the MA35 is equipped with two powerful metal tubular heating elements producing 360 watts of power. These elements provide rapid, uniform heating, leading to shorter measurement times. Consequently, users save significant time compared to a drying oven, as results can be read within minutes.
