TRIVAC-B pumps are oil-sealed rotary vane pumps. The TRIVAC D16 65 B is a dual-stage pump based on the rotary vane principle. The oil injected into the pump chamber is used for sealing, lubrication, and cooling. The pump body is composed of individual parts without sealing elements. These are pinned to ensure easy disassembly and assembly. The number in the type designation (16) indicates the pumping speed in m3/ h-1.

TRIVAC-B pumps can pump gases and vapors and evacuate vessels or vacuum systems in the fine vacuum range. Those of standard design are not suitable for pumping greater than atmospheric concentrations of oxygen, hazardous gases, or extremely aggressive or corrosive media.

The drive motor of the TRIVAC-B is directly flanged to the pump at the coupling housing. The pump and motor shafts are directly connected by a flexible coupling. The bearing points of the pump module are force lubricated sliding bearings. All controls as well as the oil-level glass and the nameplate are arranged on the front. All connections are to be found at the sides of the pump. The oil level glass is provided with prisms for better observation of the oil level.

The pump module consists of assembly parts which are pin-fitted so as to allow easy disassembly and reassembly. The pump module can be easily removed without special tools

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests, please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

The photos above are representative. Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
