Variable flow Mini-Pump is a bidirectional, self-priming peristaltic pump for precise low-flow deliveries. The squeezing action of the rollers on the tubing progressively moves fluid through the tubing in advance of the rollers, resulting in a peristaltic pumping action. The flow is proportionate to the speed of the pump head and the inside diameter of the tubing, both of which can be varied. A variable speed flow control and the ability to use five different sized tubing assemblies provide fine resolution with a wide range of flow rates. A PRIME (PURGE) setting is provided to facilitate high speed emptying/filling operations. Mini-Pump is powered by a 12-volt wall adapter that plugs into a wall receptacle.

Use with food, pharmaceuticals, and other critical solutions. The tubing may be sterilized by autoclave. Unit pumps liquids and gases. Pumping dry does not harm the pump. Three rollers reduce flow pulsation, prevent siphoning, and eliminate the need for check valves. There are no valves to clog, no seals to leak.

Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests, please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
