The SciLog Expert Series Pump Model FM-420 is a microprocessor-controlled pump designed for various applications, including liquid handling, pH/ion control, and interfacing with computers. It features a microprocessor for precise programming, a PumpSense safety feature to prevent torque overload, and a corrosion-resistant housing. The optically encoded, servo-controlled reversible motor ensures accurate and reversible pumping. The LCD display provides clear information, and the 11-key membrane keypad allows easy programming. Additionally, it has serial (RS-232C) and parallel ports, autosampler I/O controls, and an analog input for proportional pump control. The pump head, suitable for low-flow, high-precision metering, features a valveless piston made of ceramic materials.

This pump is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
