The Shel Lab CR1-2 Clean room oven is designed to operate at Class 100 clean room standards and featured horizontal air flow, encapsulated insulation, nitrogen purging, a 24-step ramp and soak PID controller, stainless steel interior, and built-in overtemperature protection.

This is a dependable machine that gives you everything you need for high temperature clean room cooking. The chamber of the Shel Lab CR1-2 oven heats quickly, getting to 110oC within 10 minutes and 180°C within 35 minutes, as well as a strong temperature uniformity of +/- 0.75°C at 100°C.

The three adjustable air intake and exhaust duct can be easily removed for cleaning. With a stainless steel exterior and sleek design, the Shel Lab CR1-2 oven brings both top line clean room function and an aesthetically pleasing oven to your lab.

Testing

This oven is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test ovens using a digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment. We typically leave vacuum ovens under vacuum for 24 hours to ensure chamber integrity.
