Sartorius Stedim CERTOMAT BS-1 Incubator Shaker

The Sartorius Stedim CERTOMAT BS-1 Incubator Shaker has a large capacity, holding up to six 5-liter flasks. You can stack up to three CERTOMAT BS-1 units without extra equipment, and each can run independently at full speed.

This incubator shaker is user-friendly, efficient, and durable, making it ideal for various tasks in biological and chemical labs. Its basic equipment includes one tray support for shaking trays, the drive unit, and a heater.

The drive features an external rotor motor with a brushless, quiet Poly-V belt-drive. Shaking drives with different orbits are available, and the orbit can be modified on-site by our service team. The shaking speed is continuously adjustable.

Sartorius Stedim CERTOMAT BS-1 Incubator Shaker – Features

Two large Thermo pane glass doors make it easy to fix or remove shaking containers and change trays. These doors also allow visual control of the process. You can customize the specifications of the shaking cabinet to fit your specific needs.

The cabinet’s incubation chamber is made of stainless steel, and the internal bottom is designed as a stainless steel spill tray. This design prevents spilled media from escaping in case of container damage during operation. The spill tray is removable for quick cleaning, allowing easy maintenance of the cabinet.

You can place the shaking cabinet on the floor or on a table, and it’s possible to stack two to three cabinets. The operating terminal and control system are conveniently located in the panel on the right side. The shaking drive is mounted below the spill tray inside the cabinet for optimal performance.

CERTOMAT incubation shakers are fully programmable, storing up to five programs with four steps each, plus a pre-step. Password protection ensures program security. Safety features include memory recovery after power failure and continuous recording of all parameters via analog output.
