The 4' Nuaire PharmaGard Negative Pressure Containment Isolator, model NU-NTE797-400, is a compounding aseptic containment isolator (CACI) designed for safe and sterile handling of hazardous drugs. The isolator features a durable stainless-steel enclosure and a polycarbonate front window equipped with gloves, ensuring a secure working environment. It provides 20 air changes per minute of ISO Class 5 HEPA-filtered air, maintaining sterility while containing hazardous materials.
This isolator is divided into two chambers for enhanced containment. The interchange chamber operates at a stronger negative pressure than the adjoining work chamber, which itself remains at negative pressure relative to the room. This pressure cascade effectively prevents contamination from entering the interior and stops hazardous materials from escaping into the surrounding environment.
A sliding door and work tray facilitate the transfer of items within the isolator, while the hinged front window allows easy access for maintenance tasks.
Standard minihelic gauges display the pressure levels in both the work and interchange chambers, ensuring real-time monitoring. The built-in PharmaGard digital monitor provides alerts if the work chamber’s negative pressure deviates from acceptable parameters, further enhancing safety and reliability during sterile drug preparation.
This 4' Nuaire PharmaGard Isolator is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all gloveboxes to confirm that they operate properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. They visually inspect for damage such as cracks, leaks, or worn-out seals. Afterward, conduct a pressure decay test by inflating the glovebox and monitoring if the pressure holds steady.
Additionally, if you have specific testing requirements or requests, please inform us. We will gladly work with you to ensure these requirements are addressed during testing.
